Saiesh Reddy is a visionary leader with a rich background in leading organic and inorganic growth initiatives, driving sustainable business practices, and directing corporate development initiatives for technology organizations. 

Saiesh is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Chakra Growth Capital. Chakra Growth Capital is a pioneering initiative committed to accelerating the transition to a low-carbon future. With a mission to foster sustainable practices and combat climate change, Chakra Growth Capital aims to be a driving force in supporting innovative companies across Energy, Mobility, Buildings, and Industrials.

Prior to starting Chakra Growth Capital, Saiesh managed and led all aerospace venture investments at Honeywell Aerospace. His focus at Honeywell was on Partnership Development, Venture Investment and Technology Incubation/Acceleration. Saiesh identified, evaluated, developed partnerships, and invested in 5G, additive manufacturing, alternative navigation, artificial intelligence, disruptive mobility, disruptive computing, energy and energy systems, and satellite technologies.

Prior to joining Honeywell, Saiesh was instrumental in standing up Boeing HorizonX Venture Capital. Saiesh was the Technology and Portfolio Director where he carried out critical strategic insights and investments to influence the company direction and its ability to compete in the present and the future. Saiesh has held multiple senior roles in M&A, VC, finance, business development, strategy development, and operations management at Honeywell, The Boeing Company, 2WAY Corporation, Cable Plus, Inc., and Starbucks.

Saiesh holds a Bachelor of Science in finance, with a minor in chemistry and biology from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Business Administration in marketing and finance from Seattle University. He has also completed multiple technical and executive education courses/certificates at the University of California, San Diego; University of California, Irvine; Massachusetts Institute of Technology; and other institutions.
